The software is for
determination of the dielectric function of solids and
nano-thin films from analysis of REELS.
make quantitative comparison of electronic properties of
thin films and solids
also,
calculates the IMFP (inelastic electron mean free path)
and surface effects on the effective IMFP and on the energy
distributions in REELS spectra
